Joe Javorsky (he/him). New addition to the Lustig, Evans, and Lucas Co. LPA law firm celebrating 100 years in 2026!
Joe Javorsky graduated in 2024 with his JD from Case Western Reserve University. He has an MA in German Studies from Bowling Green State University and a BA in German and International Studies from Heidelberg College (now Heidelberg University) in Tiffin, Ohio.
Before transitioning to a position with Lustig, Evans and Lucas, Joe began his legal career with starting his own firm, Sky Legal Services, LLC as part of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Legal Incubator program (the Cleveland Legal Collaborative).
Joe has been a member of Toastmasters International for over a decade. He regularly volunteers at brief advice clinics through the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and at local high school and college mock trial competitions.
Joe’s background includes legal internships at the Cleveland Immigration Court and Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services. His work history also includes working as an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) instructor and technical trainer in Northeast Ohio.
