I would be mindful of this attorney. I hired his firm to represent me in a personal injury matter back in 2010. He failed 1. to be responsive to client's requests; 2. supervised the paralegals who altered my HIPPA release form without my permission; 3. failed to have all my medical records current wi...th regards to the case; 5. failed to show up for meetings at times scheduled; and 6. failed to take responsibility when due with regard to his actions overall when I submitted a complaint through the Supreme Court of Ohio. I was left with little in the end; having lost my apartment; 2. new motor vehicle; 3. personal property in the motor vehicle; and left to pay for outstanding medical expenses.
