I honestly don’t even know if words can fully explain how grateful I am for Tim and what he did for my fiancé. Tim just defended my fiancé against 8 felony charges and got him NOT GUILTY on ALL 8. Eight times we heard those words: NOT GUILTY. He also helped save him from potentially spending 11... YEARS in prison for something we truly believed he was being railroaded over. When you’re watching someone you love face that kind of situation, there is nothing more terrifying or helpless than wondering whether the system is going to listen. But Tim fought. He stood his ground. He knew the case, knew what he was doing, and most importantly, he didn’t give up. I’ll be honest about something because I think people deserve an honest review: Tim is not going to hold your hand or waste time. He doesn’t tolerate foolish questions, unnecessary conversations, or having his time wasted, and if you’re acting foolish, he WILL put you in your place. But you know what? After seeing him in action, I understand why. He takes his job seriously, he expects you to take your case seriously, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. When it was time to fight, he fought. When it was time to be prepared, he was prepared. And when it was time for that jury to make a decision, we walked away with 8 NOT GUILTY verdicts. Tim didn’t just represent my fiancé—he helped give our family back our future. He helped bring the person I love home instead of watching him potentially lose 11 years of his life. I will forever be grateful for what he did for us. If you need an attorney who is confident, knowledgeable, tough, and willing to fight for his client, I highly recommend Tim. Extremely disappointing experience. My loved one was told he would not have to serve jail time, yet he is currently sitting in jail. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication and responsiveness throughout this process. If this is the level of communication and accountability clients c...an expect from an attorney, I would seriously question whether they should be asking the public for the responsibility of serving as a judge.
