My name is Andrey Zozulya. I'd like to share my experience with Samuel Basta. First, he helped me get out of prison quickly. After that, I wanted him to handle my divorce case. I needed some urgent advice about a divorce pension matter. I asked Sam Basta if he would to take a look at the papers sent to me and I’m very glad I did. His actions about the matter were quick and decisive. He provided excellent counsel and saved me from losing my full portion of my ex husband’s pe...nsion. If it weren’t for his attention to the matter, his good rapport with a QDRO company and the judge, I’m certain I would have lost a lot of the money. During an 8-year divorce (yes, eight years), Sam took several "retainer fees" which amounted to NO ACTION, and never deducted payments, for doing NOTHING, previously paid. Additionally, My husband's attorney sent paperwork to Sam for me to sign back in 2012, When I met Sam at the coffee-shop belo...w his office (I'm disables and can't make steps), he looked through an envelope of papers I needed to sign, and said, "I'm going to save this one until I get paid". A few years later, close to bankruptcy because of what SAM BASTA made me agree to (I even knew it wasn't true, but he said is didn't matter), I needed Legal Aid Services to stop some of the hemorrhaging for me making $18k/year verses my "ex" making $100+/year. When legal aid reviewed my papers, I heard, "It's hard to sue an attorney, but this would be a 'Prime' example of an attorney who should get sued!" DON'T CONSIDER HIRING SAM WAHIB BASTA AS YOUR ATTORNEY!

I had what most people would label, as the ex wife from hell. She was constantly taking me back to court, lying and using the system for her needs. Well, when her child support finally ran out, she sued me for 35,000.00 , for misc bills, mostly that were already paid, but being that most of them were... over 5 yrs old, who saves receipts? Well, attorney Basta bombarded her w/discovery, over 200 interogatories, endless motions, and after almost 3 yrs, it finally went in front of the judge. My ex agreed to a couple thousand dollar settlement and signed an agreement that she could never, ever take me back to court again. I wonder how much money she spent in attorney fees. Oh well, it's not my problem. Sam did a great job, has a wide knowledge of case law.
