That is a good idea as you may be considered abandoning your status without travel to the US.

I agree with my colleagues as there is no rule against, there may be concern from CBP as to where they are residing.

Yes with a 4 year bachelor degree in the specialty occupation for the position being offered. Employment experience is not required.
