I'm a resident. When I file for I-130 for future spouse,will he be able to stay in USA with a tourist visa when case is pending?

He will be able to remain until his time as a tourist is expiring. He must leave before he becomes an overstay.

Check with the employer that filed the petition. If you have eligibility remaining it may be possible for an employer to file.
