Melvin Harvey Banchek

I'm living in California and was having a difficult time talking to or getting any information from an Attorney in Akron, Ohio. He wrote my aunts will and trust and suddenly about two months before her death became the executor of her will and trust! After my aunts death he became very unavailable ...to talk to. Was dragging out distributing the estate and was doing questionable moves with her property and Assetts but charging a large sum to the estate. Finally I was refered to Mr. Bancheck thru Attorney Gerald Berk in his office. I obtained the referral thru the local Bar Association. Within 24 hours of Mr. Banchek receiving the faxed information I recieved a phone call from Mr. Banchek! He already had done signicantly research thru the Probate Court and carefully instructed me about how he would approach resolving the issue. As time went on we had many phone conversations and email exchanges. He would always caution me about not getting angry as he was trying to resolve this case without threats of serious legal action. He almost always answered my calls to his office or immediately after. He always emailed any letter or documentation he had! Even though it took almost two years we were able to remove the Akron Attorney as executor and finalize the distrubution. Unfortunately some significant financial damage was done but the recovery was completed and my mom and Aunt were able to move on with there life. I 100% recommend Mr. Bancheck !!!!!!!! Also his secretary was so kind and patient when I called!!!!!
