Our nightmare started after my fiancé attended his N-400 interview. Weeks later after been told that his decision couldn't be decided at the time of the interview, we received a letter asking for other documents that were provided but the case was denied.(Failure to provide consistent information). I had an amazing experience! Attorney Katie Russell was the best. My fiance and I met with her in early Aug to discuss our options. I was in an F1 visa and currently on my OPT. We discussed what options can keep me in the United States and what course of action would work best for our situation. Atto...rney Russell was very helpful, described every scenario truthfully, answered all of my questions (which I had many). I am prone to being nervous when it comes to my status (rightfully so) and wanted to do everything legally.
