Guy represented my fiance in an immigration case. He did not communicate with us at all. We called for weeks to get updates or to see about court dates and he would not answer our calls or return our calls. He did not even go to see or call my fiance who is stuck in jail. He also lied constantly and did not file the proper paperwork he was supposed to and said he would. Absolutely horrible attorney

Mr Rutherford represented me in a divorce proceeding and did not file the nessasary documents, motions or schedules required by law thus causing my case to be both delayed and to receive terms less favorable to me after looking at the docket No motions were filed on my behalf. The communication was poor at best 20-30 with no contact about my case I was very displeased with his representation
