Before joining Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy as an associate attorney in 2008, Benjamin (Ben) Wiborg clerked for our appellate, research, and writing departments while attending Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Ben focuses his practice on helping those who have been denied workers’ compensation benefits for on-the-job injuries. He works closely with Workers’ Compensation Administrator Robert Trivisonno and Attorney Ellen M. McCarthy.

Superb Workers' Comp Attorney
I have been wholly impressed with Ben's knowledge of the law, compassion for his clients, and persuasive ability to convey his points at the hearings. He's a wonderful attorney to have, and you can be comfortable knowing that an attorney of his stature is representing you.
