Before joining Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy as an associate attorney in 2008, Benjamin (Ben) Wiborg clerked for our appellate, research, and writing departments while attending Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Ben focuses his practice on helping those who have been denied workers’ compensation benefits for on-the-job injuries. He works closely with Workers’ Compensation Administrator Robert Trivisonno and Attorney Ellen M. McCarthy.

Saved me from a Workers' Comp nightmare
I have had several Workers' Comp cases since 2005. (Some were old.) Mr. Wiborg handled all my WC cases efficiently, and I was able to get several settlements.
