Mr. Jacobs has served as lead legal counsel for Positive Results since 1998. He has been an integral part of all aspects of our business. He created our Master Services agreement, Statements of Work (SOW) templates, created and continuously updates our employment and independent contractor agreement...s, and provides solid legal advice on all of our 3rd party reseller agreements. His attention to detail in all aspects of his work has been noticeable throughout our ongoing relationship. In fact, Mr. Jacobs recently saved us what could have been thousands of dollars in lost revenue by pointing out a specific clause in a partnership agreement where the 3rd party company held rights to sever the relationship without cause. I wasnt able to hire Joseph Jacobs due to being in different states unfortunately. But in the first case i received a underage and joe helped me considerably through it! The court was trying to hammer me and joseph helped me to only receive what was fair being it was juvenile there was not much he co...uld do as the judge was very strict seeing me in his court room. The 2nd case i was trying to help a friend get away from a drug problem and paraphanolia had been left in my car unkowingly and wrongfully charged with a felony! My lawyer i hired was very poor not handling my case well after the pretrial i was looking at 8-10 months prison! Joseph Jacobs was my attorney several years ago for a felony drug possession case. He got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor with no probation!
