Mr. Jacobs has served as lead legal counsel for Positive Results since 1998. He has been an integral part of all aspects of our business. He created our Master Services agreement, Statements of Work (SOW) templates, created and continuously updates our employment and independent contractor agreement...s, and provides solid legal advice on all of our 3rd party reseller agreements. His attention to detail in all aspects of his work has been noticeable throughout our ongoing relationship. In fact, Mr. Jacobs recently saved us what could have been thousands of dollars in lost revenue by pointing out a specific clause in a partnership agreement where the 3rd party company held rights to sever the relationship without cause.
