Biography
I have been an attorney focusing in litigation since 2004. For over nine years, I practiced as a solo attorney almost exclusively in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and criminal defense. I then worked as a judicial staff attorney for fifteen months. For over eight years, I have been with McNeal, Schick, Archibald & Biro, where I am now a partner. In my practice I focus primarily in the areas of defense side civil litigation including general liability, auto and construction cases. I also work in the area of insurance coverage, on the carrier side. I am proud to have represented hundreds of clients including individuals and small and large businesses. My experience includes several jury and bench trials taken to verdict and briefing and arguing in several districts of the Ohio Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts within the State of Ohio.
As my profile details, I grew up in Cleveland Heights. I reside in Lakewood with my wife and two boys. I am an active member of my community.
