Tim has worked on a case for me and my friend. I had fraud done to me where a person went into my bank acct and took money. Also opened up credit cards with my social sec #. He was suppose to go after this person criminally, but did it civally, which if you win a judgement, only 20% of debts owed are... collected. He basically takes the easy way out and made no effort to garnish wages, which I asked him to do. I was frauded 2 years ago, and won a judgement for $10,000 and stiil can't collect my funds do to a lazy lawyer. He also represented my friend, and it was the same result. we both paid what is owed, and his recepits were actually on the back of his business card. He talks the talk, but he is too scared to walk the walk. Seek other representation, trust me.
