Mr. LaVigna is unprofessional, rude, sexist and during a phone call told me not once but twice that he was in the bathtub. He embarrassed my child at school and once he was appointed my ad litem my phones conveniently were hacked. He took pictures of my children at place of peace with their father bu...t took none of me and my children when he showed up for a surprise visit. He called not one but twice from a T-Mobile store to conduct an interview with a man I was dating. I have recordings of my husband stating he paid off Mr. LaVigna so the divorce would go in his favor. Still never got my divorce because this man lied about me and claimed I was a great storyteller after one visit with me and tried to give custody to my mother. I don't know how the courts allow this but when I addressed the judge about his bathtub comments she simply rolled her eyes. Disgusting.
