Biography
Kenneth J. Cahill received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in History from John Carroll University in 1988 and was awarded his law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1991. Mr. Cahill is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. As of 2007 he is chairman of the Lake County Bar Association's Family Law Committee. Mr. Cahill has frequently lectured on several topics related to divorce and family law matters including legislative developments involving family law, marital and separate property issues, and child custody matters. Mr. Cahill has frequently been appointed by trial courts as a guardian ad litem to represent children's best interests. Mr. Cahill is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Cahill's practice emphasizes child custody and divorce/family law.
