Francis Patrick Manning

I retained this attorney to represent me for an action that was brought against me by Kaman & Cusimano representing Big Turtle II Condominium Association, Inc. (Association). Mr Manning initially encouraged me to retain him to legally challenging the Association for taking down an awning that had bee...n previously approved by the Association. His corespondence with K & C failed to do anything and said it would cost too much to go to court for a $3640 awning, but at least he said you won't have to pay all of the fees that were assessed me by the Association. Well this turned out not to be true either. When I sold my Big Turtle II condo, the Law Firm for the Association placed a spurious lien on my property which had to be paid in order for title to transfer. I do not recommend choosing Manning & Manning Law Co to represent anyone with specific Condominium legal issues brought by K & C.
