Unprofessional and ineffective
Hired him to represent me after I was injured in an auto accident several years ago. He dealt with the insurance company on my behalf but ultimately talked me into settling for car repairs and medical bills which the insurance would have paid anyway. Replied last August 20, 2018This case involved a minor accident with dramatic pre-existing conditions. The client was not happy with the reality of the situation. Twice, we attempted to withdraw from representation, but he asked us to stay on. When we were able to secure the additional money, he terminated our services and tried to collect the entire settlement amount without paying fees or expenses.
