John Fatica is "Thee Worst " human being in Lake County Courts! He is arrogant, disrespectful, lazy and does NOTHING to actually help clients. He overtalks his clients and make the decisions on pleas, not suggestions for clients. He told my relative to "just tell the judge your urine is clean today b...ecause if you say no, He'll lock you up" Client told him 3 times he wouldn't pass, He advised, It's ok. It's only your first time. You won't be violated....The next week, He was VIOLATED. In the hearing, he never advocated for the client! Just smirked and left the court room.

He failed to advocate for release on bond, refused to accompany client who was turning self in on a warrant that should have never issued. He failed to advocate for my husband's requested reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which is legal malpractice in and of it...self, as well as ineffective assistance of counsel. The failure to advocate for the accommodations request also constitutes disability discrimination.
