Good lawyer, no BS, gets to the point
I used Matt to settle a dispute against a vendor who kept the fees (but didn't deliver all the materials) for our home renovation. I don't know what Fitz did, but 1 week later all materials were delivered - with something like an apology by the vendor.

Ok for real estate;
Hired attorney Fitzpatrick for a land contract sale for a farm; I had been bilked out of $2,200.00 and Fitz brought the defendant to the table and got me $1,949.00 in the end.
