Robert Francis Dicello

In my personal opinion: Dealing with Robert was a total nightmare. Robert showed a complete lack of ethics in making numerous false statements to opposing attorneys and to his client. In my experience there was an alarming lack of communication for long periods of time from Robert -including up to... a month, or more, without any communication to his client. And, he additionally displayed extremely deceptive behavior by intentionally hiding adverse case developments and rulings by the court. In my personal experience it was very clear that the DiCello law firm only cared about making money and put on a completely phony display about having any real concern for their client of any kind. In my opinion, Robert severely mishandled the entire case, and when it became apparent to his firm that they needed to spend money to develop the case in order to get a proper settlement, they refused to do so, and showed no regard whatsoever for what was in the client's best interest.

Wow! A few weeks ago, I was not only dealing with a serious legal issue but the emotional turmoil and stress that comes from the uncertainty of not knowing how my legal matter would affect my personal future. Mr. DiCello not only handled my lawsuit with the highest level of skill, but he made me feel... he was "there for me" through the whole process. If you have never been in serious legal difficulty, I cannot emphasize how important it is not only to find a lawyer that has the level of skill and competency I saw exhibited by Mr. DiCello but that also has the ability to deal with the "human side" of the law so as to ease the otherwise serious emotional burden that litigation can take on you and those you love. I hope Bob reads this: Thank you, sir, for everything!
