Biography
The founding member of The DiCello Law Firm, Robert J. DiCello went to college at John Carroll University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1966. While working as a safety director for US Steel, Corp., he attended the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in the evenings. Mr. DiCello was published in the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review in 1969.
In 1971, Robert graduated from law school, receiving the degree of Juris Doctorate, and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar Association. Shortly thereafter, Mr. DiCello served as Assistant Prosecutor for the Office of the Lake County Prosecutor in Lake County, Ohio. In 1972 he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1977.
Mr. DiCello has an impressive list of seven figure (or more) verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Long time attorney for my family

I had my mother's estate dealt with by these lawyers. They took over a year to make a final settlement on a small estate. I had to constantly remind them to do the work! When I got the final bill rather than it being around $3500 as discussed when I appointed them the bill was over $11,000. Do no...

Replied last September 6, 2017This involved an estate of over $100K where the heir resided in Europe and I was appointed Executor by the Court. There was a great deal of time spent on the sale of real estate,a motor vehicle and the pursuit of refunds owed to the estate as well as transfer of IRA and securities. The estate was opened on 12/03/2012 and closed on 01/31/2014. All cost reimbursements and fees ($1064.39 costs and $8940.00 fiduciary fees) were approved be the Court.
