Kim was very responsive and it seemed like she had my interests. She advised me to take the 5th during a restraining order hearing that resulted in a guilty vertict. She refused to fight it, telling me that they give them out like candy. I ran out of time (14 days) to object to it. Took it to Supre...me Court and they rejected it due to not meeting the time line. Exwife filed multiple allegations that cost me over $12k to fight and not go to jail. Save you $ and find someone who knows what they are doing.

I hired Ms. Baioni and she might as well have been hired by the defendant. She did nothing for me for months and then demanded more money from me. The defendant should’ve been held in contempt as she quit bringing my son to schedule visits even though they were court ordered and Ms. Baioni allowed th...is to happen and refused to do anything unless I pay her more money.
