I work with people everyday that are dealing with difficult issues in their own personal relationships - whether that be because of abuse, financial issues or misconduct, infidelity, growing apart or significant differences in lifestyles/parenting choices.
I personally believe there is a "right" way to resolve these differences. One that allows my clients to reach their goals while maintaining their dignity, regaining their power and maintaining a working relationship with the other parent, if children are involved.

"I highly endorse Attorney Kim Baioni. I had the privilege of sharing office space with her in the past when I was in solo practice. I have personally observed the way she operates her practice and interacts with clients. In addition to being a highly competent and skilled family law litigator, she is an empathetic and sincere advocate for her clients involved in sensitive family matters. I cannot speak highly enough of Attorney Kim Baioni!"
