Proactive, professional, affable.
Mr. Rosenthal wrote my will & trust. Though I had a good idea of what I wanted it to say, Gary asked probing questions, made strong recommendations, and did it all in a manner that didn't feel the least bit invasive. I enjoyed our conversations and the way he explained the law to me.
