Michael Joseph Tony

We jokingly call him “Uncle Mike” at our house because he really became such a major part of our life for nearly two years in a custody battle and he was so sweet to our little one (but an absolute bull in court). He didn’t let any little thing slide, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, and he got us the... best outcome we could hope for with the situation at hand. I can’t imagine where we’d be now if it weren’t for his persistence. I hope he never retires in case we need him again, I don’t think I could trust anyone else but Mr. Tony!

Michael Tony is the worst attorney to ever get a license! He is an egotistical, disrespectful bully! I hired him 3 years ago and I'm sorry I ever did! He didn't return phone calls, shot his mouth off constantly, made promises he had no intentions of fighting for and took me for every penny he could. ...He couldn't even so much as show up in court the day of my divorce-sent someone I had never even met. I recently had to go back to him regarding a very important omission in my decree and he basically admitted he made a mistake but did nothing to rectify it. He treated me with such blatant disrespect and showed me out of his office but not before he "suggested" I hire another lawyer & sue him for malpractice because "that's why I carry malpractice insurance"! Really?? If you're smart, you will stay away from this sorry excuse for a lawyer....I wish I had!

Do not hire him he exaggerates the opposing parties upper hand to force you to pay more money to protect yourself. If he worked as hard as he does bullying his clients for money he's be a hell of an attorney. He is full of empty promises. Then when you ask him about the promises he makes he denies t...hem. He does not look out for anyone's best interest but his own. He is very very unprofessional. I agree with the previous review his main focus is to force vulnerable clients cash. If you really want to screw your ex over recommend they hire him. He is a very shady attorney at best. Remember his name well and steer clear of this one. The only time he makes contact is when he wants "CASH!"
