I had nothing but good experiences with Mr. Tony. My divorce was difficult and my ex was ridiculous. Mr. Tony made sure that my children and I were taken care of. He would go out of his way to return phone calls and respond to questions I had even if it was after hours or on the weekends. He even se...t up weekend appointments to accommodate my out of town ex coming for weekend visitation with his kids. His rates are not extreme and he even skipped billing me a few times. When we first met he was very thorough in listening to what I wanted and taking all of my information. I was a little unsure of how things were going to go as we started into meetings with the other lawyer, but I quickly saw that he had things handled and that I had nothing to worry about. I recently had an issue come up with Child Support that I had some questions on and Mr. Tony was very quick to get back to me and thoroughly explain how things would work. I can’t say enough good about him.

I tried working with Mr. Tony two years in a row and each year he was difficult to deal with. Believe all the reviews on here. He is rude, unprofessional and should not represent anyone. Do not hire him. I hope this review is helpful to others. He doesn't return phone calls, shows up late and simply ...doesn't care.

Michael Tony is the worst attorney to ever get a license! He is an egotistical, disrespectful bully! I hired him 3 years ago and I'm sorry I ever did! He didn't return phone calls, shot his mouth off constantly, made promises he had no intentions of fighting for and took me for every penny he could. ...He couldn't even so much as show up in court the day of my divorce-sent someone I had never even met. I recently had to go back to him regarding a very important omission in my decree and he basically admitted he made a mistake but did nothing to rectify it. He treated me with such blatant disrespect and showed me out of his office but not before he "suggested" I hire another lawyer & sue him for malpractice because "that's why I carry malpractice insurance"! Really?? If you're smart, you will stay away from this sorry excuse for a lawyer....I wish I had!

Do not hire him he exaggerates the opposing parties upper hand to force you to pay more money to protect yourself. If he worked as hard as he does bullying his clients for money he's be a hell of an attorney. He is full of empty promises. Then when you ask him about the promises he makes he denies t...hem. He does not look out for anyone's best interest but his own. He is very very unprofessional. I agree with the previous review his main focus is to force vulnerable clients cash. If you really want to screw your ex over recommend they hire him. He is a very shady attorney at best. Remember his name well and steer clear of this one. The only time he makes contact is when he wants "CASH!"
