Justin Martus Smith

Justin is eager to take money for a case but does very little to follow up. He does not return emails or phone calls. I am now intervening on this situation for my daughter who first began a bankruptcy case with Justin over two years ago! Today I emailed him that I have hired another bankruptcy at...torney, will be reporting him to the Cleveland Board and contacted my personal lawyer to look into Justin's work ethic. My daughter has made numerous phone calls and sent endless emails to Justin with almost no reponse from him. In his last email, he asked for her husband's pay stubs--she filed for bankruptcy before she was married two years ago. I do not recommend using this attorney.
