Marian Delores Davidson

I met Attorney Davidson when she was recommended to me to handle my divorce. I hired her and she later did my bankruptcy which she had never done before, she did an awesome job. She has since been my families Attorney. My parents and my siblings have gone to her for help or questions. She's very know...ledgeable.

I had high hopes based on all the good review but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Little to no communication, not familiar with my case or evidence/documentation, inappropriate conduct at my court hearing. Ms. Davidson did not represent me as her client and protect my best interests as I ha...d hired her to do. She allowed the other party and other party's attorney to dictate the entire case. I hired her in summer 2023 and to February 2025 have still not seen a judge due to the other party delaying the case and stating falsities that Ms. Davidson believed over the evidence presented to her. The night before the court hearing, Ms. Davidson reached out to me multiple times to ask questions about my case making it obvious that she had not conducted her due diligence and reviewed my evidence prior to that evening and was scrambling at the last minute. The day of my court hearing she privately consulted with the other party's lawyer and stated the judge wouldn't see me because I "wasn't legally allowed to be in the country" which is completely untrue. She would have known this if she took the time to look through all of my evidence but she relied on accusations from the other party. Ms. Davidson even went so far as to state I needed to leave the courthouse because they could call ICE on me. I promptly dismissed Ms. Davidson as my counsel as she can clearly not represent me properly. Ms. Davidson's entire "service" has been a waste of time, money, and energy.
