Would recommend to anyone

She done a great job with my case. Even though this small town didn't have dash camera she had a 8 page of stufffor the discovery she asked for she was combing threw everything and anything to help I'd recommend to anyone and for sure use as my attorney threw anything. Thank you

Above Expectations

I was the power of attorney for my uncle who was terminal and at the same time going through a divorce. Marian was very compassionate, treated him and the entire family like her own , and delivered a result that exceeded all expectations. Without going into detail, this was a very amazing experience ...considering the circumstances. She knew the process, was very accessible, and worked with swiftness!

Daring Greatly

Marian is 1 of 7 attorneys I have had in a short 2 year period of dealing with two separate courts. She is the only 1 of 7 that has done anything to represent my best interests. All 6 others have maxed out my credit cards to only cause harm to my cases. She was hired for an appeal. I was in such... a state I did not even remember leaving a message as I had no hope. She called me shortly after as sat with my head in my hands, staring at my computer at available attorneys in my area. Everyone knows everyone so how was I going to find someone willing to shine light on the law and the injustice of what had just occurred to my children specifically? I had given up. She called. We met. She called again and again. She validated every single thing I knew was unjust in my case. She was truthful in what could possibly be proven without discounting my experience. She tried every which way to find an approach to not make her a pariah in the legal community. Finally, she did the only thing that could be done and called it like it was and highlighted on record the issues in my case that are not actually uncommon, but that no one is willing to address because of the self governing nature of these courts and lawyers. She had to write my appeal in a brand new way to relate to case law that required extreme intelligence and creativity. It also took a lot of extra time and puts her on full display with her peers. She speaks like a normal person and does exactly what she says she will do. She doesn't lie, she doesn't claim perfectionism, and she takes these cases personally. She puts more hours in on a case than you will ever pay for and you won't even know about the extra work. She calls from home her family in the background. She cares about what is right, just and fair. She protects her clients and also protected me, pro bono, against post separation legal and financial abuse. Opposing counsel had to now control himself because Marian will not allow her client to be abused in court. I was hysterical not being able to reach her, the only time I couldn't reach her, days before she helped me with the contempt hearing that was the continued abuse. I was rightfully terrified after what all had transpired in that court. She didn't need to talk to me and was not neglecting me. She. Had. It. Handled. My prior attorneys were a joke so i had no experience with someone who is competent and does their job. The reason I couldn't reach her? She had taken on a case last minute for someone who was going to be unjustly buried alive and the court already hated. She turned the trial upside down and won. She was working round the clock and devoting every second to helping this other client. She saved this guy. Marian make no promises but she promises to do everything she can. This woman has the power to change law. The system has steel doors locking out the truth and justice for many of us. Marian will dig a tunnel under the building and come in through the floor to get in if it could work. I may not win my appeal and that is okay. I believe the appeal itself, regardless of outcome is a stepping stone towards future justice for others. “It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.” Marian dares greatly.

Thank you so much Marian! Although well known for her work in family court, Marian is sharp as a tack and can translate her work into unusual circumstances. Marian is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. She takes the time to really understand a situation and easily empathizes with you....
