Adam Scott Lutzke

     Adam Lutzke has vast experience in the area of family law and estate planning.  Since he was admitted to practice law in 2010, he has focused his career primarily in the areas of divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, guardianships, and wills.  Adam received a Lead Counsel Rating in the areas of divorce and family law in 2015 by the Lead Counsel Review Board, was selected as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 for family lawyers in the state of Indiana for 2016 by the American Society of Legal Advocates, was selected as one of the 2016 Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in Indiana by The National Advocates, and was selected as one of the 10 Best Attorneys for exceptional and outstanding client service by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2017.

     Along with having handled hundreds of divorces and custody cases, Adam can also help you with certain estate planning matters, including wills, powers of attorney, living wills, health care representatives, educational trusts for your children, and pre-nuptial agreements.  Adam was just recently selected as one of the 10 Best Estate Planning Attorneys for exceptional and outstanding client service from the American Institute of Legal Counsel for 2018.  

     Adam was born and raised on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and attended Lawrence Central High School.  He then studied criminal justice and business at Indiana University–Bloomington prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Saint Louis University School of Law.  After returning to Indiana in 2010, Adam met his beautiful wife and they now live on the northeast side of Indianapolis with their son.
