Do not waste your time or money! I don't know where his head was at but not on my case. He missed filing dates, and acted like it was me. He filed motions without even speaking to me first. I had to constantly refresh his memory on everything. He flat out lied about what he was going to be able to d...o and then never even tried once he had the retainer. Completely unprofessional! My dog could have represented me better than Brian.

Sells his service well up front. After he gets you to pay his retainer hes non existant till day of your hearing. When he shows up late has no time to go over your case. He then goes thru your hearing haphazardly saying it will be ok. When it goes bad he says we can file an objection then leaves ever...ything up to you, an when you do get ahold of him he makes it seem like your bothering him, says he will call you back an ignores you moving forward. Will never recommend him to any father trying to defend himself from getting screwed in court
