George Edward Gerken

Hired to establish visitation with my child. Was advised I must file for divorce to proceed. Filed for divorce, moved to file for temporary orders for visitation at my time, expense and frustration, only to not see my child In over 14 weeks, while George did nothing about it. Very slow moving, non mo...tivated for results. Communication speed and accuracy to detailed questions was sub par at best. Buyer beware. This attorney belongs in a circus.

George only cared about finalizing the divorce so he would get his money out of escrow. He didn't care what the outcome was for me and the ramifications it would be on me after I signed the divorce. Now I'm still fighting my ex on things b/c George left things hanging and not fully written in the d...ivorce paperwork. Now to get things corrected and go back to court, George is asking for $500+ to start up a motion.

George is a very competent attorney who know how to navigate what can often be a Kangaroo Court system in Toledo. After I was wrongly convicted of a charge in Toledo, George managed my appeal to the State Court where it was overturned. His courtroom demeanor is exceptional and he is an excellent or...ator. I do not believe that George is motivated by financial gain as was suggested by another reviewer and that he truly has the best interest of his clients at heart. I would trust George to manage any criminal case or assist with estate planning needs.
