Sarah Marie Haberland

Sarah is a fantastic lawyer. She listens to your needs and your issues and goes with the best possible decision that is realistic ( let me stress that word).. she’s REAL. If you can’t get real, you’re screwed! Sarah took me to the top and we won! She doesn’t back down and she fights for the best... way to win! Can’t say enough good things about her. If you want a realist go for her.

I told Ms. Haberland I would not accept a plea deal. She agreed and said we should take it to trial. The state threatened reindictment, she said it would be good if they attempted to reindict because there was not sufficient evidence. The state reindicted, she said she wanted more money to take it to... trial and I said no and then she withdrew from the case without even showing up to court. Subsequently I was found guilty of the reindictment at trial. Ms. Haberland LIED to my Appelate Attorney stating that she told me to take the plea deal. Subsequently my convictions were vacated on insufficiency of evidence by the Sixth District Court of Appeals. Ms. Haberland is a stereotypical, prosecution friendly, you scratch my back, I scratch your back attorney. She does not beleive in justice. She is simply out for herself and making money.

Sarah handled my dissolution. She is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable! My husband and I met with Sarah together and we were both so impressed. She is very thorough and explained everything so well. It was such a quick and painless process and she was so willing to help every step of th...e way (i.e. help with forms, etc.). She was so quick responding to emails, and trust me, I sent a lot. When we were unsure of things, she was willing to give her honest opinion, which was extremely appreciated.
