Sarah Marie Haberland

I told Ms. Haberland I would not accept a plea deal. She agreed and said we should take it to trial. The state threatened reindictment, she said it would be good if they attempted to reindict because there was not sufficient evidence. The state reindicted, she said she wanted more money to take it to... trial and I said no and then she withdrew from the case without even showing up to court. Subsequently I was found guilty of the reindictment at trial. Ms. Haberland LIED to my Appelate Attorney stating that she told me to take the plea deal. Subsequently my convictions were vacated on insufficiency of evidence by the Sixth District Court of Appeals. Ms. Haberland is a stereotypical, prosecution friendly, you scratch my back, I scratch your back attorney. She does not beleive in justice. She is simply out for herself and making money.

I hired Sarah to fight for split custody of my children. She was upfront and honest with everything it was going to entail. She made it very easy for me to understand what was going to take place and when! To be honest I don’t think I’ve ever had an attorney that I fully felt Represented me to their ...Fullest like she had! I now have split custody of my children and it’s all thanks to her.
