Linda Ann Jones

I used Ms. Jones a little over 3 years ago. She got my claim paid at the reconsideration level. I feel the time she took to get the records from the doctors and the questionnaires that she gave me to have my doctors fill out was the reason I got paid so quickly. I have recommended numerous friends ...to her.

I had another attorney that did nothing for me. As a matter of fact they discharged me right before my hearing advising me that they felt they could not win my case. I was referred to Linda Jones. several years back i needed a lawyer and mrs. jones was recommened. i met with her and she took my case. i didn t feel she really listened to me. she didn t prepare my case well. she seemed preoccupied all the time. i felt it effected my outcome of the decision of the judge. we would go to court and... she would be still reviewing my papers and asking me questions that i felt she should have known and been prepared for. i had had it with her and have found another lawyer and he has been wonderful. i even won my case. winning wasn t the point im trying to make. i did not like her way of handeling my case and the shambles she made of it.
