I have never been told how I am able to get material on my case. I had no way to do anything to ask questions on my case without answers . I am desperate that I get answers to these questions truthfully. I had a felony 5 dropped with agreement to pleading to a lessor charge in municipal court month...s later I was told I was indicted by the state on five felonies including my permitting charge. How did I get indicted in felony court for a charge that was dropped a few months prior in municipal court. I also had charges that I had never been arranged or arrested on this felony indictment . I had all degree of felonies that were on my indictment. I have never been allowed to see anything on my charges.. I need a honest answer on how do I get a judge to allow me to be fairly protected and reach out for help in being in fear and my rights being violated by my accussor. I have been mislead and made to not know I didn't have to go through this case that denied me any legal right. I just need a honest legal way to give someone my case in open court . I don't know who will believe I have been charged for charges I can prove I never was allowed to openly fight in court.
