Maybe it is just that cases in Ohio are difficult to fight, but I had long term pancreatitis and had 5 surgeries while trying to get on benefits, and now (this last week) had my rib removed. I will have 2 more removed within the next month, and I have had many steroid injections. Injured and not work...ing for 2 years. Had a doctors letter that I could not work and everything, yet she refused to take it to the federal level. My attorney was changed to her the night before my hearing, and she seemed to know very little about my case. She and Biggert don't seem to be exemplary. I would not recommend Gallon and Takacs at all. I now have a new lawyer outside of their firm, and am making progress never made with them. They are also terrible with communication. My new lawyer actually answers the phone and talks to me.
