Mr. Borell helped me get justice in my divorce. My Ex wife hired a shady lawyer and they lied about my wages and demanded a lot of things she wasn't entitled to. Like me paying alimony for 3 years, paying healthcare insurance for our kid till hes 18, paying for all his health care expenses, she wante...d me to pay an extra $300 a month for child care that he wasn't enrolled in yet. 50% of the total value of my retirement fund even though I only contributed about 60% in the 5 short years we were married. After I fired my first lawyer Mr Borell took the reins and drove the full force of the law down on my ex and her lawyer. I was paying 2k a month in child support (1 kid) and alimony. I lost my house and cars had issues paying bills while my ex was making 60k a year living at home with her parents. Once we got our day in court my ex had to pay me back $6,500 in over paid support. Everytime we went to court it was like class was in session and Mr. Borell took her and her lawyer to school. Everytime we went to court things got better for me. I now pay $566 a month in child support no alimony. My ex was demanding I pay her 14K in retirement funds along with her lawyer fees. In the end my ex ended up paying ME 11K. I was able to pay all my credit cards off and my personal loan with that money. Mr. Borell is a lion in court he repeatedly showed his knowledge of family law and overwhelmed my exs lawyer. his organizational skills and ability to articulate your arguing points are unmatched by his peers. I recomend him to everyone getting a divorce.

David exceeded my expectations ten fold. This guy really knows his stuff. He took care of the matter quickly, even working through the weekend, and had the situation resolved within no time. He kept me up to date on what was going on at all times, calling me rather then me having to call him. I woul...dn't hesitate recommending this guy to ANYONE. Iv'e met a lot of lawyers and none of them knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive or effective as this lawyer.
