Biography
Brian Morrissey was born and raised in Toledo. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies. He also graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law.
While at Toledo Law he served as a member of the Moot Court Criminal Law Team. During law school Brian also followed his passion for criminal law and worked part time at the Public Defenders Office through the Toledo Legal Aid Society where he worked on both felony and misdemeanor cases. Brian currently is a staff attorney for the Toledo Legal Aid Society as a Public Defender.
Brian is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Toledo Bar Association. He currently serves Toledo and the surrounding areas.
