Ashleigh S Root Morgan

Ashleigh has been with me now since December of 2022. During our long journey through the courts together, I’ve never felt alone. I always have a resource available to me in her, and if she doesn’t know the answer - she will do everything to find the best one. She goes out of her way to contact peers... and stay up to date on what’s going on around us in the court system and with cases like mine - which I think helped my case a lot. I gave her a weird situation, and asked her to do the almost impossible, and she did her best and continues to. We are still navigating my divorce and the custody agreement with my ex. While it has taken a very, very long time…..she’s been the best asset to me during this long and stressful process. She always responds to me within a 24 hour period. She worked with me on a price that I could afford at the time, which she did not have to do. All of that to say : I would have been completely lost without Ms. Root Morgan in my corner, I will forever be grateful to her.

Child custody with a narcissist on top of have pending charges I had not been proven innocent yet. My ex Narcissist collaborated with a few other women on a smear campaign to essentially ruin my life. Ashley hired a Gardian to make sense of the smear campaign and the actual truth. A few month...s of litigation my ex who had used my child as a tool to make my life and my child’s life difficult lost custody and the ability to further damage my child. Once my pending charges came back with no merit I was awarded custody with support…….full custody and an extremely happy child. Ashley is very skilled and calculated, she does not charge enough and is worth far more than what she asks for.
