I hired this attorney for a simple Unlawful Detainer case. Almost 1 year later this attorney tells me he MUST START MY CASE OVER AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING. I ended up going to the courthouse to retrieve the files on my case as I am trying to evict non paying tenants going on 9 months as of now.... Vijay JETLEY had failed me and failed the filings in my case therefore my case was REJECTED by the courts SEVERAL TIMES AND THEREFORE HAS DELAYED MY ABILITY TO TAKE POSSESSION OF MY PROPERTY FROM NON PAYING TENANTS. Within my the court files I retrieved Mr Jetley even attempted to ask court clerks for legal advice as well as for filing advice. Within my court files I retrieved Mr Jetley even ADMITTED AND APOLOGIZED TO THE COURT CLERKS AND THE PRESIDING JUDGE THAT HE FILED INCORRECTLY AND TO PLEADED WITH CLERKS FOR ADVICE ON HOW AND WHAT TO FILE. Mr Jetley failed to inform me that my case was rejected each time. Mr Jetley refuses to sign my MC 050 form in order for me to hire new counsel to help me with me case. Mr Jetley has threatened my family that he will do harm to us. Mr Jetley has sexually harassed myself and my daughter and came to our family home at 1am in the morning knocking at my front door. I had to call the police to come out to arrest him. Mr Jetley is a clients WORST NIGHTMARE I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE LAW ASSOCIATION / LAW BOARD MR JETLEY HAS CAUSED ME TO LOSE 7 MONTHS OF RENTAL INCOME THUS FAR AND HAS BEEN UNABLE TO PRACTICE LAW ACCORDINGLY NOR ABIDE TO THE COURTS’ REQUIREMENTS
