My name is Ty Mahaffey. I strive to provide a friendly, professional law office that achieves stellar results for our clients. Our practice has professionals that focus their abilities on your specific need. By limiting their focus to one or two areas, they can become significantly more knowledgeable and keep up on changes in the law that may affect your situation. I demand that our lawyers and staff treat all of our clients like family. We are goals oriented, and results driven. I personally thank you for visiting us. We don't take the trust you place in us lightly.

hes lazy, and does not care, all you need to know. Do not hire him he showed a pathetic piece of effort given, hes a liar and only cares about himself and his money.

Beware
Patricia Gaddy handled my divorce. It was a big mistake on my part! I should have done more research! She was not a match for the divorce attorney she was up against! Needless to say I didn’t prevail in this matter! But I sure paid the price regardless! Beware!!!

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer seriously, very professional and represented us immediately no questions asked. He's not about to money like most lawyers, he actually cares. In very trying times no question ty has been there

Save your money.....
Took our money but we handled the case on our own....the consultation money was to be put towards our retainer but it wasn't, so there is a few extra bucks in his pocket. Very late for 1st court date, a no show for the next one, the court mediator (who was an attorney) did more for us than Ty did. ...
Sherri... First I'd like to thank you for the review. We always want feedback in order to make our service better, even if it's critical of our work. If I could change one thing about my profession, it would be being able to be prompt at every hearing. if I am running late, I do let everyone know. Unfortunately, when dealing with very emotional issues, I sometimes have to take a few extra minutes to comfort a client or explain a situation so that they understand. Rest assured, I would never deliberately waste anyone's time. Often times attorneys are not present at mediation. It's an opportunity for parties to work on a situation themselves, that's why the mediator is present. My goal is complete availability to my clients. I answer their concerns evenings, weekends, and even holidays. Finally, I always try to perform more work than the compensation I receive. Only then can I feel I've done the best job I can at the fairest price. After this review, I assure you I will continue to evaluate our procedures and see how we can improve.
