I have worked with Louis Udell for many years. Initially, my husband & I hired him to do our estate planning. He then became our attorney of record for our businesses guiding us in all matters and getting us in a position to sell them. Additionally, Mr. Udell represented us in complex mediation an...d we received an equitable settlement. He is detail oriented, and professional. It is a tremendous asset that he is both a lawyer and CPA.

He did a very simple, straightforward will for me and charged an exhibitant amount. He was clearly trying to take advantage of me. Sadly, he's one of those attorneys who gives the practice of law a bad name. While he initially comes across as being very friendly, he is "shifty" in character. I defini...tely would not recommend him to anyone, and I've worked with many lawyers across four states over the years.
