I had a very difficult interaction with this attorney for estate planning (drafting a will). She was unwilling to address my questions with patience and empathy. Meetings were via zoom only and very rushed, and I could feel her frustration in her body language. I was uncomfortable asking clarifying q...uestions as we ran out of time; meanwhile she would push additional items without helping me understand their purpose (power of attorney, health power of attorney, pour over will etc.). In the end she basically “terminated” me, not the other way around. Is this the right way to treat people: by monetizing every minute of your time?
