The worst attorney ever!!!!!

Hired for a divorce... has every excuse in the law book.... I WOULD NEVER PAY THIS PERSON FOR ANYTHING..... by FAR the worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with.. thank goodness my first and my last!!!

Worst attorney money can buy

Nancy, is by far the worst attorney you can possibly hire, she takes your money feeds you a line of Legal crap, and doesn’t not do her job. She is more focused on her political image rather then being true to the case at hand. She will not represent you fairly. She will ask you for documents and then... exclaim she never got them. She plays ball with all the courts and doesn’t really care about you as a client. She will take your money and go on vacations to the Bahamas and then claim she needs more money for the work she hasn’t even started. I personally spent well over $10,000 with Nancy, that’s my fault, but I can describe to the fullest how horrible of an attorney she is, their isn’t even room to explain. Best advice is hire someone that isn’t playing ball with the courts, and gambling with your rights and money.

Excellent

Nancy was fast to answer all my questions. She always returned all of my calls and emails. She is kind and considerate, honest and fair. She kept me calm even when I was very upset and made sure my voice was heard.

She wasted our time and didn't look out for our best interest

We hired Nancy for 2-3 different things involving our minor child. She doesn't go over the submissions of any documents to make you aware of anything. She told us we had shared parenting when we have standard parenting per Ohio laws. She also was not willing to voice our concerns to the judge that we... asked her too. She simply would ignore our texts and phone calls. She wants your money but not work! Do not use her or you will be sorry!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
