I have a diverse background representing the Bureau of Workers Compensation, the Industrial Commission of Ohio, employers and injured workers in administrative hearings and litigation throughout Ohio. I have argued 50 plus cases before the court of appeals, 24 cases before the Ohio Supreme Court and have won 20 Workers' Compensation jury trials.

Won my trial!

Great lawyer
I tore my rotator cuff from a fall at work.After being turned down administratively it went to a jury trial.Mr Howenstein got the case with only ten days to prepare. Couldn't believe how much knowledge he knew about the shoulder,muscles,tendons etc.His cross exam of the defense doctor was outstanding...
