My background: i am 28 years old, live in Delaware County near Franklin Co and work in north Columbus. i have had 3 traffic violations in which i was intoxicated in Franklin and Delaware counties. after i got my first violation, i started asking around for a lawyer. i got mr. maxfield's contac...t info from a high school friend that he used and his gf used. also, randomly my aunt used him as her attorney 5 years ago. these ppl both highly recommended him. i couldn't be more happy with him. my first two charges were misdemeanors. my most recent was a felony. in all 3 cases, i haven't got any jail time when it seemed like i would have to go to jail at least a month. first two cases, my license wasn't even suspended. most recent time, it was suspended for one month and a $500 fine. not too bad considering the max penalty was 1 year in prison and $10,000, plus the policeman seemed like he really wanted to lock me away.
