Biography
I am licensed to practice law in Ohio (1985) and Pennsylvania (1984).
I worked with a small firm in Worthington Ohio from 1985 through October 1994, which is when/where I learned to practice law. I became a sole practitioner on November 1, 1994. My practice now concentrates on Bankruptcy, Probate (decedent's estate administration, and other probate-related areas) and Estate Planning. I also do some real estate and business transactional work.
I care very much about the welfare and well-being of my Clients and like very much to meet face to face if possible to get to know each and every one of them and to have them get to know me. This may be my favorite part of my practice.

Difficulty listening
On a consult with the attorney it appears that he is unable to listen to a client. When I attempted to explain what was going on, there were interruptions by him way too often. The other comments appearing on this site are much more consistent with feedback that I regularly receive from my clients. I suppose, as stated in the comment, that I encountered the rare potential client that considered me not a "good match."
